Our operations are tailored to deliver an exceptional client experience without compromising the two core principals of real estate management: value and risk.

What excites us is delivering our service in a way that provides transparency, collaboration, and an exceptional client experience. Our Team
RITA VERA
Community Association Manager
After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Illinois Chicago, Rita Vera has been a steadfast professional in the real estate game for over ten years. Starting in 2007, Rita’s entrepreneurial spirit and opportunity-driven mindset led her to successfully climb the real estate practice ladder:
- gaining valuable backroom accounting experience at RE/MAX,
- becoming and continuing to be a Licensed Managing Broker with RE/MAX Exclusive Properties,
- successfully managing community associations with a focus on rescuing distressed associations back to health, and
- expanding her reach by opening her own full service firm, REimagine Property Management
Combined with her broad construction experience, there are very few real estate situations Rita hasn’t encountered and solved for her many happy clients. While she is very proud of work she’s done and the reputation she’s built in real estate, she feels most blessed by the life she’s created with both her fiancé and four year old daughter who reside with her in River Grove.
