My first real estate mentor told me, “Always put people first and the rest will take care of itself.” Eighteen years later, I still live by that principle. I built REimagine Chicago Realty to create a place where clients feel truly cared for and understood- not sold to.

I’ve spent my career helping people navigate some of the biggest decisions of their lives, and I take pride in making those experiences smoother, smarter, and more human. My approach is simple: be honest, stay knowledgeable, and always put people first. By educating my clients, I empower them to make the best decisions for themselves.

My real estate experience spans helping both sellers and buyers, from first-time homeowners to seasoned investors. In addition to residential sales, I manage rental investment properties for many clients and hold a separate license in Condo Association Management. Combined with my extensive background in construction, this gives me a unique perspective when evaluating homes, renovations, and investment potential. This range of experience allows me to see the full picture of property ownership and provide well-rounded guidance at every stage.

When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy mentoring aspiring real estate professionals and sharing the knowledge I’ve gained over nearly two decades in the industry. I believe younger and older generations of agents have much to learn from each other. I also spend a lot of time dancing, which keeps me healthy and energized, and I love spending quality time with my family, which keeps me grounded.

Rooted in Chicago, Giovanni was raised with a strong sense of responsibility and service: values shaped early by his family and reinforced through his service as a U.S. Navy Sailor. That experience instilled in him discipline, accountability, and the ability to stay steady under pressure, qualities he brings to every client relationship.

Giovanni is currently pursuing a Business degree at Harold Washington College and is gaining hands-on experience through mentorship with Rita Vera at REimagine Chicago Realty. His work spans property management, construction coordination, and real estate advisory, giving him a practical, ground-level understanding of how deals come together beyond the transaction itself.

His goal is simple: to help clients navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence. Outside of work and school, Giovanni enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and running along the lakefront with his dog, Eli.

Pedro Gutierrez Jr. makes sure every client experience at REimagine runs smoothly behind the scenes. As Administrative Manager, he brings discipline and attention to detail to every interaction, from the first point of contact to the details that keep transactions moving forward.

Before joining REimagine, Pedro served in the United States Marine Corps, rising to Sergeant and taking on the role of Administrative Chief, (a position typically held by more senior personnel). He managed records, personnel processing, pay and entitlements, correspondence, awards, and travel coordination, while also training and mentoring junior Marines. He later served as his unit's Career Planner, guiding fellow Marines through reenlistments, extensions, and transfers. During an overseas assignment in Thailand, he was responsible for the movement and accountability of all assigned personnel.

Born and raised in Chicago, Pedro brings a grounded, no-nonsense work ethic to everything he does at REimagine. He is currently pursuing an associate's degree in Human Resources.

Outside of work, he competes in local Magic: The Gathering and One Piece Card Game tournaments, trains at the gym, and approaches both work and life with the same intentionality.
